Because I take the food(fish) to the river at early morning and evening.haha
Then I make cooking fish(“Ayu”and”yamame”and”haya”and”iwana”).

I clean water when I found iwana.haha

I capture iwana first time by cast netting.
Landlocked salmon(Yamame)
Japanese say Yamame.
English is landlocked salmon

If yamame go to ocean, name different “Sakuramasu”.
small “yamame”.
Cast netting so many “yamame”.
small “yamame” is very easy.
Japanese dace(ugui or haya)
Japanese say ugui or haya.
Because area difficult.
English is Japanese dace.
Actually ugui is dislike!
There are many bones and it is not tasty.
